In the minutes to midnight on New Year's Eve, Jenna recalls the things she didn't do in the past year, including a trip to Reykjavík to see the northern lights. Her roommate Erica tries to convince her to see the new year as a fresh start, but Jenna doesn't believe her life can change once the clock strikes twelve. Still grieving the loss of a friend, and feeling stuck in life, Jenna tries to make the most out of a night that's all about celebrating life and new beginnings.
