About The Show

Woman is mix of poetry and song created and directed by Christine Anglin in collaboration with Vianni Kelso and Layla Sinclair. A part of Lady Fest, Woman dives deep into the heart of a woman and discusses the matters therein: depression, rejection, joy, longing and desire.

About the Artists

Christine, is a writer and poet from Miami, Florida, currently living in Brooklyn, New York. She writes poetry, personal essays and devotionals. You can find her stories on her blog at goodmeasureliving.blogspot.com and on Instagram @mahogani4. You can also find her performing her work at various venues in the New York City area.

Vianni Kelso is from Jackson Mississippi where her desire to perform stared. June 2015 she decided to move to New York City to study at AMDA (The American Musical and Dramatic Academy) to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. Fall 2016 she graduated from the Studio Program in New York City.

Hiya, my name is Layla Sinclair. I am from Austin, TX, born and raised. After high school, I was accepted into the Integrated Program of the American Musical Dramatic Academy, where I studied musical theatre.
